As some of You lovely people know i’m still a skateboarder at heart, even at my age of 42…
Found a nice looking pool yesterday while driving down from Kennedy to fetch my clients at the Vallet landing below bar sur loup.
I could not tell if the pool had transitions, but the amoeba shape should need trannis… but from now on i will watch it every time i pass by. This could be it…
No water and no one at home and i will trespass
Skateboard criminal until i die…
This is one sexy pool!!!
Yesterday evening we had some fantastic wild boar at St Huberts in Greolieres!!! Marvelous!

And today i dropped last weeks gang on the airport and got the new gang;-). We drove back via Gourdon were alot of pilots were thermaling. We had lunch and a quick rest and gathering of kits and then up to take off.
The local club had a Marche en Vol comp today. Walk from Greolieres le neige to 700 takeoff, fly to Coursegoules and back…
It was a grey sky. But with silk smooth conditions. Everyone in the air for about 45 minutes and i then ordered toplandings! And with a little help from me, everyone landed safely on 300 take off. Tomas and Bengt did their first ever ones… What a start of the week!!!
Excellent!!! Then we flew down for a rest because tonight is wine and cheese evening at my place…
Tomas Roos did not seam to like the Greolieres landing soo he choosed another alternative. A small tree in the slope above the landing field. He’s ok. And so is his kit… I look forward to the explanation for this odd move ;-).
Photo by Johan Nordenfeldt. Who caught the moment from the air!
Meet up with Pierre Verrier at 10 o’clock. Gave my group the appropriate instructions on how to land on the massive landing field of Greolieres. It was later obvious that i need stronger words, and fewer…

However the sun was shining and we had an early flight from 300, and i stayed on takeoff. Thomas took “care” of the posse on landing. The outcome being slightly different from what i had expected… again.

Once the Swedish posse arrived on takeoff again it was starting to be good:-) soo after another landing briefing all of them went into the sky. And up… and up. Clouds were building fast. And lift was easy to “find”. I guided my clients towards Cipieres. Into sinkier areas. Now a problem occured. Thomas,(landing help) was in orbit :-). And for me to get to landing fast is usually not a problem. But time was too short.

This is were Lisa Jönsson(experienced in helping swedish punters to landings) jumps in and takes control of the by now rather widely outspread swedish posse! Thank U lisa!!! Everyone landed safely, even myself ;-).
So another day in Alpes maritimes is to an end. Well not quite, Duracell Johan wants more, and at 17.30 he wants to walk up to 300 for a TTB. In wet conditions… Westerly winds in village. Explaning is without reciver? Soo i drive to CDB with Johan and Anders. NNW wind on takeoff, just like i tried to tell them earlier, so we drive home. Atleast a sanglier ran infront of the van

All in all a good day, if a tad bit short, I’m now sipping a Caol Ila and resting. Tomorrow we go again
Nice day, lots of fun and some good flying! More update tomorrow. to tired now. Loads of pictures tomorrow. I promise…
Sleep sweet dreams
Paragliders are just like cars.
They have brakes that can be used when needed.
If we need to use the breaks a little, we use the breaks a little, if we need alot of break we use alot of break!
Simple! or not…

If U are fluent in swedish U might enjoy, bernalt.se/nice.
Anyway we flew at Col de bleyne today. Mainly top to bottoms. After 2 flights northwind stopped us. And then the rain! Donnerswetter!!!
And the unstable weather seams to stay around. I will do my very best to give my guests as much flying as possible but this bad weather is not making it easy at all!
I think we will fly Gourdon tomorrow. Fingers crossed…:-)
