Woke up. Nothin strange with that. Except no alarm. Because i forgot to put it on yesterday night…

Got my newly washed shirt on. It had shrunk in the tumbledryer. From XL to short large…

Ran to the sub. Got a seat and chilled. Got my Iphone up for some music. Had managed to syncronize it without music. Bad choice.

Then i walked to my job and took some pics of the city in wintersuit…

Good day though, lots of snow. City was abit grey anyway. Worked and took some silly pics of Pelle in Slakkline.no Hyggesuit.

On friday Jonna comes to Stockholm and we get to spend a weekend together in stockholm. I realy look forward to this.

She is fantastic!!!

Life is back to good all over…

Well i went to work today as normal. But today i had my paraglidersack with me taking the tube(subway). Makes me feel like an odd person. I like that. Red jacket and paragliding sack, everybody else black jackets…

So i did my job as good as i could. I got alot done today, finished an article about slackline, sorted rubberboots and fishingrods… :-). I’m happy at work, loads of fun for me!

However my workmate Pelle is abit unhappy. The owners wants to take his Mac away and give him a PC. Excactly, what the fuck!!! Evil MF’s. Unjustice againt Pelle. So Pelle is not in a good mood. I try to sheer him up. Feels like i’m not quite getting all the way…

At the end of the day it was time for the obligatory friday coffe and cake. Usually it’s a assortment of different cakes. Very good ones.

Today was different. Two people had birthdays! 40 and 50. This made the bosses get the rabbit out of the box.

Voila.

I gained a kilo at least.

Olov Richardsson sent me an sms about poolskating tonight. But i had to say no. After all i had a car crash last weekend and should probably take care of my sore neck. And as the grownup i am. I said no. Olov told me that an hour in the pool is the best one can do about his sore neck

16.00 and i leave early for the week, sun is shining and Tor has told me it’s flyable at München brewerys in central stockholm… Cool! Run to the tube and eight stations later i walk out into the fresh air of the real south of stockholm. 200 meters later i’m on takeoff! In the actual city of stockholm…

Much enjoyed.

Now i had a swedish classic. Falukorvsmacka with Nisses mustard. On wholegrain bread. Washed it down with beer and for dessert i’m having beer and crispes. Life i fuckin fantastic!!!

On second beer now… going for the third.

Tomorrow more flying.

Guitar hero…not.

Well i never did like pc games or any arcade games, so i bought a real guitar instead.

After a bunch of years without electric guitar i finally got one again. I got it on an auction and it’s an Epiphone Les paul special2. Mint condition and i payed 120 euros.

I like it, it’s easy to play and looks great.

And my Iphone works as a guitar tuner, very good one. Saves time since my hearing is bad…The free applications name is Tyro Tuner. It works great.

I did not get any amplifier since i want to spare my neighbours that…

Live life!!! Mogulskiing, snowboarding and paragliding all makes sence!

I got a little of everything this weekend. After work on friday i drove 8 hours to Åre, with my little Seat Ibiza. Got to åre at 3.00 at night. Got up at 10 to go snowboarding, had a great time snowboarding as fast as i could. And i still can… Go fast that is!

Breakfast at Hyddan, falukorvmacka, and a short chat with Bobbo. Life is good!

After that i had a look at the mogulskiing worl cup. great entertainment. Lots of crazy flips landing in moguls… Psycos.

Off to Alex first birthday. Cake and coffe. Loads of both. I leave the party saying that everything in my life is soo good that i’ll probably fall down dead anyday…

Then i drive of to my storage facitlity to unload my car. And on the way there i crash in to another car!!!In the other car there’s a driver and two dogs, everyone is all ok! So am i! Luck is on my side. My car looks like shit and i’m a bit shook up. But only a sore neck…  Fredrik Lindholm aka fighting Fred helpes me with my gear. We have a late diner and wine. Falling asleep this night is hard. Thoughts are running amock.

The day after i wake up tired but happy. I’m alive and the sun is shining. So i go paragliding

And paragliding is salvation for the soul! I feel good. Have burgers with Fred And Magan and Alex.

At 14.10 i jump a train to stockholm and now i’ve worked another day.

Hard long weekend. I wonder what next weekend have around the corner

Stockholmskate and beer

Wednesday was a nice day at the office, lots was learnt since Martin to some time for adjusting my writing. Much appreciated!
And afterwork yesterday was a lpng fun session in Frysen skatepark. Pool, miniramp and vertramp was all skated. Had a great time but got real tired. And today was another good day at work. Trying to sort the latest article… Afterwork was 3 very good tchech beers and schnitzel at Soldat Sveik on the southside. In the good company pf Marco Wramen, Brian and a bunch of girls! Good fun was had.
Now clock is 01.00 and i’ve packed some necceties for driving up to åre tonight. Hmmm.

08Stockholm - Solna Vikings my first basketball match ever…

Well in my new line of work i run in to sports i have very little knowledge in. Basketball is one of them. I meet up with Magnus Wihlborg a couple of weeks ago looking at K1X stuff for an article about the gear B-ballers use. That’s what they call themselves, B-ballers. K1X makes kickz, that’s shoes for oncourt and off court, and they also make clothes and other stuff.

Last weekend i visited Kick’z the original store where K1X was born. In Münich. Sneakers paradise i guess.

Anyway Magnus said it was a shame that i’d never been to a game, said and done he invited me to the derby between the 2 Stockholm team. Girls teams. Hmm. I was curious to say the least. Magnus said they were very good…

Well the girls put on a great show, very entertaining! I would not like to stand in their way on court. They are realy playing hard and very well, fast playing and with sneaky trick here and there. And precision shots from 3 points line and not even touching the rim… Excellent! And not a minute of boring waiting around, just full on game. I had fun!

Who won? well 08 won but it was pretty close in my eyes, for awhile at 31-29 it seamed like an open affair, and there was also times in the last quarter were anything could happen. I was sitting in the 08 section and clapping my hands when nobodyelse did… Kinda scary

But since Magnus Wihlborg also is the assistent Coach for Solna VIkings female team i found it only fair to put my hands together for his girls!

Life is good. And fast…

I have been working alot, dont get me wrong, i’m not complaining. I have just gotten back from one hard weekend in Münich. No party just attending a sports trade fair called ISPO. The biggest one around…

Thing is i cant show U all the goodies.

Cause i write all that stuff for the mag i work with. So U only get some other fun shit…

But before that i have had fun here in Stockholm, having sushi with Bjarne and Tomas. Party with the paragliding people, skateboarding at frysen and all kinds of crazy stuff. Time has past really fast.

Talking about fast. Two paragliding pilots have left us. Much to early, Stefan Schmoker and Philippe Nodet will be missed and my thoughts go to their friends and family. Life is good, live it, enjoy it, and stay alive!

I have meet a really fun skier. He even borrowed me his mohawk…

Glen Plake, i had a chat with him for 15 minutes about life, Shaun Palmer, Craigieburn valley and rockerskis. I started talking about the movie “blizzard of oz”, and that i had enjoyed it alot. So much that i started snowboarding… He laughed hard. It was good fun to chat with a living legend. Glen Plake is a ski hero. End. He still skis 200 days every year.
